*All Cross Enrolled students with the LTC- Ascension, LTC-River Parishes, Southeastern, Nicholls & SUNO, must complete the cross enrollment application through their home institution. Please do not submit online applications.

After submitting an online application, you must mail the following:

1. $10 application fee
2. Immunization Compliance Form
3. Official Copy of College Transcripts (when applicable)
4. Official Copy of High School Transcripts (only for students who graduate before 2003). -or- Official Copy of GED Certificate
